Responsibilities:
Balance Files Confirm all funds are collected, disburse funds accurately and verify against the CD/HUD and statements that all disbursements are correct Receipt in funds via check or wire Send out wires for payoffs and sellers proceeds Ensure all payees and address are correct Correspond with buyers, sellers and lenders Handle customer issues and take appropriate action to resolve them Resolve post closing issues Follow up on stale dated checks and Ensure escrow/Iolta account compliance for audits Reconcile escrow/iolta accounts daily Handle all facets of audits including working with Underwriters
Qualifications:
Previous experience with escrow/title/disbursements and audits is ideal Exceptional client relations and organizational skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Resware & Qualia is a plus.
