We are seeking a reliable person with an attention to detail to assist with various aspects of real estate closing transactions.
Tasks may vary, but will likely include ordering mortgage payoffs, obtaining final municipal bills (water/sewer), drafting seller documents such as Deed, Residency Affidavits and Power of Attorney.
This person will work under the supervision of the real estate attorney, however the ideal candidate would be an organized person that can work independently in a fast paced environment.
Experience of 1 year minimum is required.
