We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
SERVERS:
Duties:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor Take orders and assist guests with menu selections Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items Process payments using cash registers or POS systems Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning Requirements:
Strong math skills for cash handling and making change accurately Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines Ability to operate a cash register or POS system Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively BARTENDERS:
Duties:
Verify the customers' ages Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment Clean glasses and bar utensils Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
Duties are not limited to the above, you may need to help in other areas of the restaurant Requirements:
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods of time BARBACKS:
Duties:
Keep the bar stocked with liquor,beer, and wine.
Stock glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours.
Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells as needed Clean up the spills, remove the glassware and organize the counter.
Keep the bar area neat and clean.
Assist bar in any capacity they need Handle emergency situations, like cleaning up broken glasses Duties are not limited to the above, you may need to help in other areas of the restaurant Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in the role of a Barback Be the legal age to serve alcohol Physically fit to meet the demands of the job, such as lifting liquor boxes and standing for long hours Strong knowledge of bar menu items Willing to work in night shifts and on weekends and holidays Friendly, responsible and punctual BUSSERS:
Duties:
Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables Straightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained ones Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners Refilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table Refilling drinking glasses with water Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busy Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day Assist the servers when needed Duties are not limited to the above, you may need to help in other areas of the restaurant Requirments:

Duties:
Managing bookings, either in person, over the phone, or online Providing waiting times to customers who are not pre-booked Creating an appropriate atmosphere for guests that's in line with the restaurant or bar's image or branding Providing a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues Providing personalised service and assistance for large parties of guests and VIPs Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front of house area Assisting with the opening and closing of the restaurant Learning the food and beverage menu Duties are not limited to the above, you may need to help in other areas of the restaurant Requirements:
Ability to deal with customer requests in a timely and positive manner Self-motivation and positivity to greet guests warmly regardless of the time of day Teamwork skills to help take on tasks outside of their specific job description and to help other team members with service Excellent knowledge of food and beverages for takeout calls and general questions Ability to stay on their feet for long periods of time, both early in the morning and night late at night If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and thrive in a team-oriented setting, we would love to hear from you.
