Role &
Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Prepare and maintain quotes, sales reports, forecasts, customer accounts and other relevant documentation.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
Ability to qualify new business leads via multiple sources including inbound marketing leads and distribute to the external sales team.
Order Processing:
Process purchase/sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Provide updated tracking and order processing information to customers.
Coordinate with internal departments to track and manage inventory and demand tracking.
Administrative Tasks:
Ensure timely customer response.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Communication:
Liaise between the sales team and other internal departments to facilitate smooth information flow and inventory forecasting.
Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
Sales Coordination:
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales initiatives and promotional activities.
Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM system Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
College degree preferred.
