We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential/ Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team.
As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex real estate issues - Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements and deeds - Provide guidance and support in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing - Represent clients in negotiations and resolution for real estate issues that arise during the course of a transaction - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations Skills:
- Strong knowledge of real estate law - Excellent legal writing skills with attention to detail - Experience in legal administrative tasks, including document management and organization - Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' interests - Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school - Active license to practice law in the state of RI/MA/CT - Minimum 3 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits.
